WHERE:   Mattison's City Grille Downtown Sarasota Florida 1 Lemon Avenue

WALK TIME:   8:30am Start 

Warm up with "Team Trainers" then walk through the Sarasota "Farmers Market" on the way to the bayfront!  Circle around scenic "City Island" park

with an intermission of a light aerobic & stretching session.  Approximately 45 to 60 minutes of moving!

TALK TIME:   9:30 -10:30am

Listen & learn about health care & options from mainstream western & allopathic medicine to holistic natural modalities.

A SELECT BREAKFAST IS SERVED  (Scrambled eggs,  Fresh Fruit,  Mini Muffins,  Coffee,  Tea,  Soda/Water).  Sit back & relax in a fun filled atmosphere!
